Who we are
Trya builds AI work simulations used by organizations to evaluate capability. When a company runs simulations with us, that company is the data controller and Trya acts as processor. For this website and our waitlist, Trya is the controller.
What we collect
Website: pages visited and basic technical data. Waitlist: the name, work email, company, role interest and message you submit. Simulations: the session responses, decisions and derived capability scores of participating candidates.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access, to provide and improve the simulation platform, to produce capability reports for the hiring organization, and to research the reliability of our evaluation models.
AI processing
Simulation content is processed by AI models to generate scenarios and evaluate behaviour. We do not permit third-party foundation-model providers to train their models on customer or candidate data.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in the EU. Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to remove them. Simulation data is retained according to the retention window agreed with the hiring organization.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Send a request through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and AI processors under data-processing agreements, and with the hiring organization that invited a candidate. We do not sell personal data.
