Last updated 31 July 2026. Enterprise agreements, where signed, take precedence over these general terms.
Acceptance
By using this website, joining the waitlist, or accessing the Trya platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
Trya provides AI-generated work simulations and capability analysis. The platform is under active development; features, scoring models and availability may change as the research matures.
Appropriate use of results
Capability profiles are decision support, not automated decisions. Customers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with local employment, equality and data-protection law.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the simulation engine, extract evaluation models, run simulations without participant consent, or use the platform to unlawfully discriminate.
Intellectual property
Trya retains all rights to the platform, simulation content and evaluation models. Customers retain rights to their own job descriptions, company context and resulting reports.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to deliver or use the service.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis during early access. To the extent permitted by law, Trya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
